Abstract
Authors provide detailed information about the process of preparing books for mass deacidification of library collections in the National Library of the Czech Republic, as well as in other institutions of the Czech Republic. We present the basic principles of deacidification and the requirements for the ideal method of mass deacidification of books. This includes the selection of mass deacidification technology, the preparation of books for deacidification, the methods of testing the quality of deacidification, checking after deacidification, etc. The article is supplemented by a clear diagram of the workflow used for the implementation of massdeacidification of library collections and a list of literature on the topic.

Abstract
From 2021–2022, a project on Bulgarian cultural heritage was carried out: the creation of an annotated inventory in digital form of manuscript books of Bulgarian origin from the 10th to the 14th centuries, preserved in foreign book repositories. The project is coordinated with the UNESCO conventions for the protection of cultural heritage and the creation of a national register of every country, with the perspective of expanding, facilitating and supporting access to the documentary heritage by creating inventories with computer tools. This will contribute to drawing attention to the history of literature, and inform the public about the importance of documentary heritage, its history, restoration and preservation. FORGOTTEN ARCHITECTURE OF THE BANAT’S VILLAGES

Zoran Cvetković

Keywords: Banat military frontier, colonisation, village urbanisation, village architecture heritage

Abstract
Urban planning and village development in Banat are closely related to the geopolitical relationships between Austria, Hungary and Turkey. Persistent conflicts and Turkey's pretensions to possess the Banat have prompted Austria and Hungary to make strategic plans to preserve it. Among others, they proceeded to colonize the loyal population and established a military, defensive line: the Banat military frontier. An integral part of the plan was the strategic establishment of villages and reconstruction of existing ones. In addition to meeting the basic needs of life, regulations and plans called for residents to have access to education, religion, social and cultural life, etc. This article presents the results of the project: "Forgotten architecture of Banat streets".

HIDDEN MOTIVES OF THE MEDIA PRESENTATION ON THE THEORY OF RAPID CLIMATE CHANGE

Nedeljko Todorović

Keywords: rapid climate change, media, manipulation of people

Abstract
Through newspapers and digital media, the public is convinced for decades that dramatic changes are taking place in nature, primarily in the atmosphere, which are the result of anthropogenic influence. One threat to humanity accentuates in some decades and then move on to the next threat. The arguments of alarmists and skeptics about the Little Ice Age, ozone holes, acid rain, the melting of the polar caps, the rise of ocean levels and the irreversible increase in global air temperature differ fundamentally. Most of the media dominantly reports the statements of alarmists that the use of fossil fuels causes a global increase in temperature and that episodes of extreme meteorological phenomena are evidence of climate change. The majority of citizens accept the "guilt" imposed by the media, the influence of ecological movements is growing. Can media presentations of such natural phenomena be classified as scientific? The analysis of meteorological data refutes the theory about rapid climate change and, without a deeper political analysis, indicates hidden motives and manipulation of people in the background.

SRPOL – A LEXICON BASED FRAMEWORK FOR SENTIMENT STRENGTH OF SERBIAN TEXTS

Milena Šošić

Keywords: Polarity, Strength, Lexicon, Serbian, SRPOL

Abstract
Determining the polarity of words is an important task in sentiment analysis and its applications. The most comprehensive dictionaries could be found in English, however, many other low-resource languages lack established polarity dictionaries, the existing ones are small in size or contain only polarity identifier. In this study, we propose a new lexicon-based approach for text polarity detection using sentiment triggers that add contextual semantics during the analysis. To this end, the existing word polarity dictionary in Serbian has been extended as to contain approximately 15000 words annotated with polarity strength. Serbian sentiment framework (SRPOL), relying on the new lexicon and proposed sentiment triggers, has shown an overall accuracy score of 79% on validation datasets from different domains annotated for sentiment, which is in the range with the state-of-the-art approaches on this task.

2022 RANKING OF RESEARCHERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BELGRADE

Gyula Mester

Keywords: University of Belgrade researchers, Shanghai Academic Ranking of World University ARWU, scientific performance measurement, h-index, citations, Google Scholar.

Abstract
The paper presents the 2022 ranking of researchers at the University of Belgrade. In the 2022 Shanghai World University Rankings ARWU, the University of Belgrade is ranked in the 401-500 cluster. The ranking is presented primarily according to the h-index of researchers. Researchers with the same h-index are ranked by the number of citations. We present the top 20 researchers in the ranking list from University of Belgrade with the minimum h-index 40. h-index can be determined from the following online databases: Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish program. The ranking is edited using the Google Scholar database.
